motionsites.ai Review

MotionSites is a library of long, structured website prompts. You browse a gallery of finished designs (hero sections, full landing pages, footers, pricing sections, app screens and 3D sites), open one, copy its prompt and paste it into an AI builder. Its own FAQ names Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, Claude, v0 and Replit; the builder writes the code, and MotionSites itself does not host or build your site. The paid plans add animated video backgrounds, page sections, 40+ Lovable templates and community access.

There is also an MCP server: one terminal command registers it in Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, you sign in with your MotionSites account, and your coding agent can then pull MotionSites prompts directly. The MCP page says free accounts can open 3 free prompts and paid plans unlock all 500+. A free Academy of video tutorials shows builds step by step with the prompt used in each video. MotionSites is run by a sole trader, Viktor Odainyi (Viktor Oddy on YouTube and X).

Billing is in USD and subscriptions can be cancelled any time, with access kept to the end of the period. Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered; refunds are offered for problems such as double charges or a charge after cancelling, if you ask within 14 days. MotionSites suits freelancers, agencies and indie makers who already pay for an AI builder like Lovable or Bolt and build several landing pages a year, and who want a strong animated starting point instead of writing a long design prompt from scratch. The lifetime plan makes most sense if you will use it across many client projects; a $49 two-prompt pack fits a single launch page.

Look elsewhere if you do not use an AI builder at all: a hosted builder such as Wegic or Lovable on its own will get you a site without a separate prompt purchase. If you mainly want free animated components rather than full-page prompts, the open-source Magic UI library or 21st.dev's free tier are cheaper starting points, and Stork keeps a list of free animated landing page prompts.

Independent user reviews are scarce. MotionSites has no reviews yet on Product Hunt, and the comparison listings on Slashdot show no ratings. An editorial review on ToolCenter (October 2026) credits the focus on animated and 3D designs and the speed of copy-paste-run, but notes that you still need a paid AI builder, that output quality depends on that builder, that a skilled prompter could write similar prompts, and that it is a one-person business.
